They begin by listening to their client, and the story nearly always starts with a diamond. Whether budget, type of stone, or something else, they literally go the extra mile to find the perfect stone, regularly sourcing from Hong Kong, Israel, New York, Antwerp and London.
Next come the sketches and 3D designs, where together with their client they perfect the concept. Then work begins – with the exception of hallmarking,
entirely in their workshop.
